It offers a lively, welcoming atmosphere packed with vendor booths, valuable health information, prizes, and a complementary lunch that makes for an easy mid-morning break.

Peoria County Sheriff Chris Watkins will be on hand to open the program, and Lindsey Nance of Tazwood Community Services will provide vital information on the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. The Peoria County Sheriff’s Office will be on-site with a secure prescription drug disposal bin and a drop-off point for old cell phones. This presents an ideal opportunity to safely clear out medicine cabinets or organize junk drawers. Participants may even purchase raffle tickets for one of Raber’s famous meat bundles.
